About the event

During the coronavirus pandemic lockdown, acclaimed wildlife filmmaker Martin Dohrn set out to record the bee species in his tiny urban garden in Bristol, England. With one-of-a-kind lenses forged at his kitchen table, he catalogues more than 60 different species, from Britain’s largest bumblebees to scissor bees the size of a mosquito. Over long months, Dohrn documents life at their level as we have never seen before.

This film screening is in collaboration with Woodlands Botanical Garden (@woodlandsbotanicalgarden), where Mr Ganesh Kumar will be sharing about the community-led garden that he founded over the pandemic.
